By press release issued on September 1, 2009, SulphCo, Inc. (the "Company") announced that the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Larry D. Ryan, will present at the Rodman & Renshaw Annual Global Investment Conference (the “Conference”) in New York, New York on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at 12:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. The Company’s presentation for the Conference is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
