Section 8 – Other Events
Item 8.01. Other Events.
On October 14, 2010, SulphCo, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “October 2010 Press Release”) announcing the success of commercial technology evaluations conducted by the Company in connection with the Validation Agreement previously executed with a wholly-owned subsidiary of a domestic mid-stream energy company that was previously disclosed in a press release dated June 23, 2010. A copy of the October 2010 Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
