Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 12, 2021, Jennifer Seeser, currently Chief Accounting Officer (“CAO”), informed Edgewell Personal Care Company (the “Company”) of her intention to resign effective June 25, 2021. Ms. Seeser’s resignation was to pursue other opportunities and did not result from any disagreements with management or the Company’s Board of Directors or its auditors. Ms. Seeser will assist in the transition of the CAO role until her departure from the Company.
