On April 20, 2010, Vista International Technologies, Inc.’s Board of Directors elevated Thomas P. Pfisterer, the company’s principal executive officer, from Interim Chief Executive Officer to Chief Executive Officer, to serve until his successor is elected and has qualified or his earlier resignation.
