On November 16, 2005, Allos Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that data from the Company’s Phase 1 clinical trial of PDX (pralatrexate) has been accepted for presentation at the American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting, to be held December 10th through December 13th, 2005. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
