Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 19, 2009, Allos Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the presentation, at the American Association for Cancer Research Annual Meeting in Denver, Colorado, of new data demonstrating the anticancer activity of the Company’s investigational drug, pralatrexate, in colon, ovarian, lung, prostate, and head and neck cancer cell lines. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
