724 Solutions Announces Trading of Shares on “Pink Sheets’’
SANTA BARBARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 24, 2006--724 Solutions Inc. (TSX:SVN - News; Pink Sheets:SVNX - News) announced today that the Company’s common shares commenced trading May 18, 2006 on the Pink Sheets Electronic Quotation Service under the symbol “SVNX.” As previously disclosed, the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel issued a decision May 16, 2006 denying the Company’s request for continued inclusion on The Nasdaq Capital Market, and the Company’s common shares were delisted from The Nasdaq Capital Market effective with the open of business on May 18, 2006.
The Company also announced today that it does not intend to appeal the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel’s delisting decision.
724 Solutions’ common shares continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) under the symbol “SVN.”
