Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 23, 2008, ON Semiconductor Corporation (“Company”) announced, among other things, its Analyst Day on Friday, May 16, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Pacific Time in Phoenix, Arizona. A copy of the press release announcing this event is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
The Company will provide a real-time webcast of the Analyst Day conference and will also post the analyst presentation on the Investor Relations page of its website athttp://www.onsemi.com. The re-broadcast of the webcast will be available on the Company’s website for approximately 30 days following the webcast.
