On and effective as of November 28, 2012, Gregory E. Abel resigned as President of MidAmerican Funding, LLC.
On and effective as of November 28, 2012, William J. Fehrman was elected President of MidAmerican Funding, LLC. Mr. Fehrman, 52, has served as President and as a member of the board of directors of MidAmerican Energy Company (“MidAmerican Energy”) since August 2007 and as Chief Executive Officer of MidAmerican Energy since October 2008. MidAmerican Energy is a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of MidAmerican Funding, LLC.
