(a) Resignation of Previous Independent Accountants
Effective February 9th, 2004, the Board of Directors ofTurner Valley Oil & Gas, Inc., the ("Company"), dismissed Chisholm and Associates as the "Company's" independent accountants. The decision to change accountants was approved by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
The change in accountants was due to a merger of Chisholm & Associates with the firm of Bierwolf and Nilson, LLC.
(b) Engagement of New Independent Accountants.
Registrant has appointed Chisholm, Bierwolf and Nilson, LLC,PO Box 540216, North Salt Lake UT 84054-0216, as Registrants independent accountants for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2003. The decision to change accountants and accept the engagement ofChisholm, Bierwolf and Nilson, LLC, was approved by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors on February 9th, 2004. Chisholm, Bierwolf and Nilson, LLC will be performing the annual audit of Registrants financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2003.
