Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 15, 2005, the Securities and Exchange Commission declaredProtalex, Inc.’s ("Protalex") Post-Effective Amendment No. 3 to the Registration Statement on Form SB-2 (File No. 333-109846) effective. A final prospectus containing updated information, including updated financial information required under Section 10(a)(3) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Act”), was filed on March 16, 2005 by Protalex pursuant to Rule 424(b)(3) promulgated under the Act.
