Section 1 - Registrant's Business and Operations
Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On November 18, 2005, Protalex, Inc. (the “Company”) and Union Square, L.P. entered into an Addendum to Lease dated December 1, 2003, which modified and extended the lease for office space located at 145 Union Square Drive, New Hope, PA 18938. The lease amended the lease dated December 1, 2003, which was previously filed with the SEC on January 14, 2004. The modified lease agreement expands the office space to include property located at 130 Union Square Drive and extended the lease termination date to January 31, 2008. The Company will be responsible for certain costs associated with retrofitting the new and existing office space.
