Section 1 - Registrant's Business and Operations
Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On April 30, 2007, Protalex, Inc. (the “Company”) and Union Square, L.P. entered into a Second Addendum to Lease dated December 1, 2003, which modified and extended the lease for office space located at 145 Union Square Drive, New Hope, PA 18938. The lease amended the lease dated December 1, 2003 and the first addendum thereto, which were previously filed with the SEC on January 14, 2004 and November 22, 2005, respectively. The modified lease agreement extended the lease termination date to January 31, 2009, with an option to extend for an additional year.
