ITEM 8.01 – OTHER EVENTS
On March 26, 2010, the Company issued an 8K announcing a reverse stock split that was to be effective on April 1, 2010. The Company has completed the necessary filing with the Nevada Secretary of State’s Office.
The Company anticipates the reverse will be reflected in the market in approximately twenty one (21) days.
