Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment
On November 13, 2013, John Gorman, Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, has elected to resign his role as Executive Vice President to pursue other opportunities. The resignation is effective December 15, 2013. Mr. Gorman will remain on as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company.
