Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 4, 2013, the Board of Directors appointed Michael Black President of the Company replacing John Lund, who resigned as President and a director on that date. Mr. Black has been the Company’s Director, Secretary and Treasurer since February 18, 2010.
