Item 2.02 | Results of Operations and Financial Condition |
On October 22, 2019, CenterState Bank Corporation (NASDAQ: CSFL) (the “Company” or “CenterState”) issued a press release announcing certain financial results and additional information. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Form 8-K. CenterState will host a conference call on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 10:00 am (EST) to discuss its third quarter 2019 results.
