For the three and nine month periods ended March 31, 2008, we expect our revenue to increase by approximately 45% and 85% respectively, compared to the three and nine month periods of the prior year. These increases are due primarily to the addition of hardware sales from our wholly-owned subsidiaries Rahaxi Processing Oy. and Freestar Dominicana, as well as from consulting services from our 50% owned subsidiary PLC Partners. As most of our revenue is denominated in Euro, a portion of the revenue increase is also due to the favorable exchange rate of the Euro versus the U.S. Dollar.
We expect our net loss to decrease by approximately 4% for the three months ended March 31, 2008, and increase by approximately 55% for the nine months ended March 31, 2008, when compared to the comparable periods of the prior year. The increase for the nine month period was due primarily to increases in product development costs and sales, general, and administrative expenses.
This summary estimate of the results of operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 is qualified in its entirety by the Form 10-Q and financial statements therein to be filed with the SEC. Investors should review the entire 10-Q before making any investment decisions based on the Company’s performance in the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
