Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 22, 2006, EarthLink, Inc. (“EarthLink”) issued a press release providing guidance for the three months ending March 31, 2006 and the year ending December 31, 2006. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
EarthLink will host an investment community meeting in New York, New York on February 23, 2006 at 8:00 a.m. A copy of the materials that EarthLink will present at this investment community meeting is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
