This holding reflects phantom stock payable in cash or shares of FirstEnergy Corp. common stock of which a portion will pay on January 1, 2024 and a portion will pay on January 1, 2025, unless the director concludes service prior, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the FirstEnergy Corp. Deferred Compensation Plan for Outside Directors. Each share of phantom stock is the economic equivalent of one share of common stock.
