On March 7, 2018, BioDelivery Sciences International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has scheduled an earnings call, by teleconference and webcast, for Thursday, March 15, 2018, at 4:30 PM Eastern Time., to report its financial results for the fourth quarter and full-year ended December 31, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
