2. Includes shares acquired through dividend reinvestment plan.

3. Effective July 6, 2018, pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger among WGL Holdings Inc. (the "Company"), AltaGas Ltd. and Wrangler, Inc. ("Wrangler"), Wrangler merged with and into the Company, with the Company as the surviving entity (the "Merger"). Pursuant to the Merger, each share of Company common stock was converted into the right to receive $88.25 per share.
