On February 19, 2009, at a meeting of the Board of Directors, Omphalos Corp. passed a resolution to terminate its relationship with its transfer agent, Mountain Share Transfer, and appoint Nevada Agency and Trust Company as its new stock transfer agent, which shall become effective as of March 16, 2009.
