Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Resignation of John Zucker as Director. On April 2, 2007, John Zucker resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of Sirenza Microdevices, Inc., citing personal reasons and a wish to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Zucker's resignation was not due to any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the company's operations, policies or practices.
