The Bank has made the below announcement to the Indian stock exchanges:
We wish to inform you that RBI vide its letter no. DoR.GOV.No. 52973/08.88.001/2021-2022 dated June 8, 2021 has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Girish Chandra Chaturvedi (DIN: 00110996) as the Part-time Chairman of the Bank for a period of three years w.e.f. July 1, 2021, on extant terms and conditions.
Please note that the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on August 14, 2020 had already approved the re-appointment of Mr. Girish Chandra Chaturvedi as non-executive (part-time) Chairman of the Bank for a period of three years effective from July 1, 2021.
