The Bank has made the below announcement to the Indian stock exchanges:
RBI vide its letter no. DoR.GOV.NoS759/08.88.001/2021-2022 dated August 24, 2021 has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sandeep Bakhshi (DIN: 00109206) as Managing Director & CEO of the Bank with effect from October 15, 2021 till October 3, 2023.
Please note that the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on August 9, 2019 had already approved the appointment of Mr. Bakhshi for a period effective from October 15, 2018 upto October 3, 2023.
