The Bank has made the below announcement to the Indian stock exchanges:
With reference to the disclosure made by ICICI Bank Limited (the “Bank”) on March 29, 2022, regarding acceptance of offer to acquire 10,00,000 equity shares (“Shares”) of face value of INR 100 each in Open Network for Digital Commerce (“ONDC”), we wish to update that post such allotment of Shares by ONDC to the Bank on March 30, 2022, the percentage shareholding of the Bank in ONDC stands at 6.349%.
