The Bank has made the below announcement to the Indian stock exchanges:
We write further to the disclosure filed by ICICI Bank Limited (the Bank) on May 28, 2023.
RBI has, vide its letter no. DOR.GOV.No.S5390/08.88.001/2023-24 dated December 20, 2023, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sandeep Batra (DIN: 03620913) as Executive Director of the Bank with effect from December 23, 2023 to December 22, 2025.
This renewed term of two years is within the five years term as previously approved by the shareholders.
