Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On December 3, 2004, Michael E. Spicer resigned as the company’s senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer effective December 31, 2004. On December 8, 2004, the Registrant issued a press release regarding the resignation of Mr. Spicer, a copy of which is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
