On November 10, 2011, Rackspace Hosting, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce the appointment of Karl Pichler, as its permanent Chief Financial Officer, principal financial officer and Treasurer of the Company, effective November 9, 2011.
Since April 15, 2011, Mr. Pichler has acted in those same roles for the Company, but on an interim basis.
