The Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-KSB for the year ended December 31, 2007 cannot be filed within the prescribed time period because the Company requires additional time for compilation and review to insure adequate disclosure of certain information required to be included in the Form 10-KSB. The Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-KSB will be filed on or before the 15th calendar day following the prescribed due date.
