1. Stock Awards granted pursuant to the Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. 2013 Equity Compensation Plan vest 50% in three equal annual installments commencing on April 1, 2019 with the remaining 50% vesting on April 1, 2021.

2. Stock Awards granted pursuant to the Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. 2013 Equity Compensation Plan vest in three equal annual installments beginning on January 30, 2020.

3. Stock Awards granted pursuant to the Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. 2018 Equity Compensation Plan vest in three equal annual installments beginning on January 30, 2021.

4. Stock Awards granted pursuant to the Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. 2018 Equity Compensation Plan vest in three equal annual installments beginning on January 30, 2022.
