1. Stock Awards granted pursuant to the Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. 2018 Equity Compensation Plan vest 50% in three equal annual installments commencing on July 1, 2021 with the remaining 50% vesting on July 1, 2023.

2. Stock Awards granted pursuant to the Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. 2018 Equity Compensation Plan vest 50% in three equal annual installments commencing on April 1, 2022 with the remaining 50% vesting on April 1, 2024.

3. Stock Awards granted pursuant to the Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. 2018 Equity Compensation Plan vest 100% on July 1, 2024.
