Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 28, 2016, the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission issued a final order in the general rate case filed by Public Service Company of New Mexico (“PNM”), a subsidiary of PNM Resources, Inc. On September 29, 2016, PNM issued a press release relating to the final order. The press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
