Section 1 – Registrant’s Business and Operations
Item 1.01 – Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On April 14, 2005, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of salesforce.com, inc. (the “Registrant”) approved an increase to the base salary of Steve Cakebread, the Chief Financial Officer of Registrant. Mr. Cakebread’s annual base salary was increased from $250,000 to $300,000 and this increase was made effective as of February 1, 2005.
