Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 9, 2004, Large Scale Biology Corporation (the “Company”) received notice from the staff of the Nasdaq Stock Market that the Company has regained compliance for continued listing on the Nasdaq National Market by maintaining a minimum bid price of its common stock according to Marketplace Rule 4450(a)(5).
