1. Transaction represents a withholding of common stock to satisfy tax withholding obligation due to the vesting on December 20, 2024 of 41,250 restricted stock unit grants dated December 15, 2021, 43,750 restricted stock unit grants dated December 14, 2022, 44,100 restricted stock unit grants dated February 14, 2023, and 25,000 restricted stock unit grants dated January 25, 2024.

2. Includes 204,500 restricted stock units and 223,967 shares of Class A common stock. The reporting person also has indirect beneficial ownership of 254,390 shares of Class A common stock held by a family trust.

3. Excludes 223,967 shares of Class A common stock and 204,500 restricted stock units directly owned by the reporting person.
