Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On February 27, 2013, Telik, Inc. sublet approximately 3,075 square feet of office space at 2100 Geng Road, Suite 102, Palo Alto, California from Boomerang.com, Inc. for our headquarters at a monthly base rent of $11,531.25. The term for the sublease began March 1, 2013 and will end November 30, 2014.
The above description of the sublease summarizes the material terms of the agreement, does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to such agreement, which is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
