Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 21, 2014, Pacific Mercantile Bancorp (the “Company”) received notice that its primary federal regulator, the Federal Reserve Board of San Francisco (“FRBSF”), had terminated a Written Agreement put in place on August 31, 2010. The termination of the Written Agreement with the FRBSF was effective November 20, 2014.
