On September 8, 2008, Bradford C. Hoover, submitted his resignation, effective September 24, 2008, as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Pacific Mercantile Bank.
The Company has begun a search for his replacement and, in the interim, Mr. Hoover’s duties will be assumed by Raymond E. Dellerba, the President and CEO of the Company and the Bank. Until the effective date of his resignation, Mr. Hoover will be assisting with the transition.
