On April 17, 2006, Eschelon Telecom, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the schedule of the first quarter operating results conference call. A copy of the press release dated April 17, 2006, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
