The Company has been unable to get the final financial statement information to the Company’s auditors in time for them to complete their review. It is anticipated that the report will be completed and filed within the next five calendar days.

Unico, Incorporated anticipates reporting a net loss of approximately $1,872,476, or approximately ($0.14 per share) for the three month period ended November 30, 2008, as compared to the net loss of $2,970,727 or ($0.31 per share) for the three month period ended November 30, 2007. The improvement in net loss is primarily due to a substantial decrease in interest expense in the later period.
