On October 24, 2007, RightNow Technologies, Inc. (“RightNow” or the “company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2007. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit No. 99.1. The company also has posted on its website supplemental financial data, as of October 24, 2007, which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2.
