Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
Effective November 21, 207, John Powell resigned his position as a director of the Company due to time constraints of his own company. There were no disagreements with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. A copy of the resignation letter from Mr. Powell is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1.
