It was the Company’s intention and belief that its disclosure under Item 9A stated that its disclosure controls and procedures wereeffective at the “reasonable assurance” level as of the end of the period covered by the report. Accordingly, the Company confirms that the Company’s management, including its Co-Chief Executive Officers and Chief Financial Officer, concluded that the Company’s disclosure controls and procedures were effective at the reasonable assurance level as of the end of the period covered by the report. Subject to the Company’s management, including its Co-Chief Executive Officers and Chief Financial Officer, so concluding, the Company will include language similar to that in the foregoing sentence in future filings in order to explicitly state the conclusions
