Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
TradeStation Group, Inc. ("the Company") reported its financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2010. The Company also released, along with its results, a Business Outlook for the 2010 second quarter and revised Full-year Business Outlook. A copy of the Company's press release issued on July 22, 2010 concerning the foregoing results and the Business Outlook information is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
