Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) Effective March 31, 2009, Gregory W. Freiberg resigned as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of XO Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Freiberg’s resignation from the Company was not a result of any disagreement with the Company. Mr. Freiberg has advised the Company that he has resigned in order to accept a senior executive position at Savvis Corp., one of the Company’s customers.
