Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On April 15, 2011, Longwei Petroleum Investment Holding Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release containing the transcript of an interview of Michael Toups, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, by Dave Gentry, the President and CEO of RedChip Companies, Inc., in which Mr. Toups responded to certain investor concerns. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
