Item 2.01. Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.
On January 26, 2005, Endeavour International Corporation has completed its previously announced acquisition of the minority interests in OER Oil AS (OER), a privately held Norwegian exploration and production company based in Oslo, for approximately $2 million in cash and 2.2 million shares of Endeavour common stock. A majority of the minority interests holders are OER management or former management. The company now holds 100 percent of what was previously OER and has been renamed Endeavour Energy Norge AS.
