Endeavour International Corporation (the "Company") today announced that William L. Transier, has requested that the Board of Directors accept his resignation as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company which was accepted by the Board. The resignation is effective as of December 1, 2014. Mr. Transier will continue as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Attached as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference to this Current Report on Form 8-K, is a copy of the Company’s press release, dated November 13, 2014, announcing, among other things, the resignation by Mr. Transier.
